Palais du Désert Hôtel & Spa
1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions define the rules applicable to the use of the website www.palaisdudesert.com and to any online booking made in relation to the Palais du Désert Hotel & Spa.
2. Acceptance
By making a reservation through our website, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these general terms and conditions.
3. Reservations and Payments
Reservations are confirmed only after receipt of payment (full or partial depending on the conditions displayed).
Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) or in euros, inclusive of all taxes, except for the tourist tax (TS) and the tourist promotion tax (TPT), payable on-site, in the amount of 41 MAD per person per night.
The hotel reserves the right to modify its rates at any time, but confirmed reservations will not be affected.
4. Cancellation and Modification Policy
All confirmed reservations are non-refundable and non-modifiable.
In the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged and no refund will be granted, regardless of the reason.
Certain promotional offers may also include specific conditions but remain subject to the principle of non-refundability.
5. Check-in and Check-out

Early arrivals or late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Use of Services
Guests agree to use the hotel facilities and services in a respectful manner.
Any damage or inappropriate behavior may result in additional charges or the cancellation of the stay without refund.
7. Liability
The hotel cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage suffered by guests during their stay.
Safes are available in the rooms for guests to secure their personal belongings.
8. Personal Data
The information collected during the reservation process is handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
It is used exclusively for managing reservations and communicating with the client.
9. Force Majeure
In the event of exceptional circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, administrative decisions, etc.), the hotel may cancel or postpone reservations without compensation, but with the possibility of rescheduling the stay.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by Moroccan law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Errachidia.
